Governmental Decree No. 92 “On the formation of the Commission on Chemical Safety of the Republic of Tajikistan.”

Chairperson of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decrees to form the Commission on Chemical Safety of the Republic of Tajikistan and to validate the following composition thereof: (a) Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan - branch curator (Chairman of the Commission); (b) Chairman of the Committee on Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (Deputy Chairman of the Commission); (c) Minister of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan (Deputy Chairman of the Commission). Members of the Commission: (a) Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan; (b) Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan; (c) Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan; (d) Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan; (e) Deputy Head of the Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan; (f) Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of the Republic of Tajikistan; (g) Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan; (h) Deputy Minister of Energy and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan; (i) Chief State Sanitary Doctor - Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Tajikistan; (j) Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan; (k) Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan; (l) Deputy Director of the Drug Control Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan; and (m) Vice President of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan.
