Law No. 152 “On social protection of disabled persons.”

This Law defines the legal, economic and organizational basis for ensuring social protection of people with disabilities and creates equal opportunities for them to live and integrate into society. The powers of the authorized state healthcare body for the social protection of people with disabilities include identifying products that have a medical purpose for caring for people with disabilities, as well as health and dietary food products for children with disabilities.
