Law No. 1881 amending Law No. 674 “On veterinary medicine”.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Cruel treatment of an animal shall be intended intentional actions that have led or may lead to the death or injury of an animal: torturing an animal with hunger, thirst, beatings, other violent actions, as well as violation of the rules and conditions of keeping, or leaving the animal without care by the responsible person, which leads to death or mutilation of an animal”.
