Law No. 1910 amending Law No. 587 “On the use of renewable energy sources”.

The preamble of the Law shall be stated as follows: “This Law defines the organizational, legal and economic foundations of energy saving, reducing the level of anthropogenic impact on the environment and climate, the effective use of renewable energy sources, the powers of government bodies, the rights and obligations of natural persons and legal entities in the field of use of renewable energy sources". Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Renewable energy sources shall be intended non-fossil fuel sources, sources that constantly exist or periodically arise in the environment under the influence of flows of the sun, wind, water (natural and artificial streams and reservoirs), geothermal waters, wood waste and biomass”.
