Law No. 1975 amending Law No. 760 “On environmental protection”.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Ecological tourism is a type of tourism carried out in the natural environment, the purpose of which is to observe the natural landscape, maintain environmental protection and respect the integrity of ecosystems;”; “ protection of protected natural areas shall be intended activities carried out to preserve and restore complexes and valuable natural objects, prevent pollution, degradation, destruction, devastation, liquidation and other negative impacts of economic activities on them, ensure compliance with the rules of protection and use of protected natural areas”.
