Abstract
This Law establishes legal basis for state policy in the sphere of turnover of medicinal agents and pharmaceutical activity originating from preparation, testing, quality and safety control of medicinal agents and other relations in this sphere. Medicinal agents shall include medicinal plant varieties and biological agents. Medicinal plant varieties shall be authorized for use by the Ministry of Public Health. Cultivation of medicinal plant varieties shall be subject to issuance of authorization (Art. 3).
