Abstract
The scope of this Law is to strengthen the responsibility of parents for teaching and raising children in the spirit of humanism, patriotism, respect for national, universal and cultural values, as well as protecting the rights and interests of children. The education and upbringing of children is the task of parents, teachers, the state and society. The state takes care of the education, upbringing, and protection of orphans and disabled children and creates appropriate conditions for this. Parents have the following responsibilities for raising children: (a) to take measures in order to improve the level of environmental culture and education of children; and (b) to form the moral, aesthetic and environmental culture of the children.
