Ministerial Decree No. 1054 regarding mechanism of settlement of debts contracted by reorganized agricultural enterprises and organizations and those in the process of reorganization.

The President, for the purpose of intensification of reforms in agriculture and promotion of the development of the national economy, decrees to establish that debts contracted by reorganized agricultural enterprises and organizations and those in the process of reorganization shall be distributed between dehkan farms and economic entities of the other forms of property set up on their base in proportion to areas allotted to them. Settlement of debts contracted by reorganized agricultural enterprises and organizations and those in the process of reorganization at non-governmental enterprises and organizations shall be conducted individually for each contract and economic entity.
