Ministerial Decree No. 381 regarding the arrangements for the prevention of the introduction on the national territory of cotton leaf curl disease.

The Premier entitles the Ministry of Agriculture and the State Plant Quarantine Inspection with the task of the organization of the introduction and quarantine nursery for the inspection of the imported cotton seeds and Malvaceae. The Ministry of Agriculture, the industrial association «TAJAGROCHEMISTRY» and the State Plant Quarantine Inspection shall be authorized to carry out the annual and large-scale inspection of cotton, wild growing Malvaceae and other agricultural crops for the purpose of the exposure of cotton leaf curl virus. In the breeding grounds of Aleyrodidae whitefly must be constantly carried out the exterminating arrangements.
