Abstract
The Government decrees to validate the Regulation and to establish that the infringers of the present Regulation must be processed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan. The regulation determines the modalities of quoting and licensing of export and import of produce, raw materials, commodities that is compulsory for all subjects of international trade irrespectively of the form of property, affiliation and the place of registration. The decision on issuing licence (on condition of forwarding all the necessary documents and data) must be taken within 10 days and for perishables (vegetables, fruit, grape, water-melons, citrus plants, potatoes) within 3 days from the date of forwarding the application. The refusal of licence must be motivated and forwarded to the applicant in a written form.
