Ministerial Decree No.140 of 2001 regarding setting up State unitary enterprise “Tochikangisht”.

The Government decrees to set up State unitary enterprise “Tochikangisht” on the basis of state coal mining enterprises and joint-stock companies golden share of which belongs to the state and to validate the list of coal mining enterprises and joint-stock companies golden share of which belongs to the state subordinated to State unitary enterprise “Tochikangisht”. The Government establishes that financing of State unitary enterprise “Tochikangisht” must be carried out on contractual basis by state enterprises and joint-stock companies that carry out coal mining activity.
