Ministerial Decree No.29 of 1999 regarding simplified order of the formation and registration of the right of land tenure.

The following order of the formation and registration of the right of land tenure shall be applied: 1). A citizen shall submit to the district land committee an application for the allotment of a plot of land for setting up a peasant farm. 2). Examination of the application shall include the following documentation: a). map of the plot of land; b). decision on allotment; c). decision of the rural land committee on setting up peasant farm; d). certificate of the rural land committee on land share; e). submission by district land committee validated documentation on allotment of the plots of land to the president of district, city; f). decision by the president of district, city on validation of the materials of the allotment of land and setting up peasant farm; g). map of the lands of peasant farm.
