Presidential Decree No. 647 validating the Regulation on the procedure for holding a competition for filling vacant administrative positions in the civil service.

This Presidential Decree regulates the rules for holding a competition for filling vacant administrative positions in the civil service. A competition for filling vacant administrative positions in the civil service is held to ensure the equality of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan when entering the civil service, selecting highly qualified and capable personnel for the civil service and ensuring the career growth of civil servants. Candidates who meet the qualification requirements of a vacant administrative position in the civil service and these Regulation are eligible to participate in the competition. Administrative vacancies in the civil service are administrative positions in the civil service (except for administrative positions of the highest category) provided for in the Register of Public Positions of the Republic of Tajikistan and which are vacant. The competition is announced by the order (decree) of the head of the state body in case of availability of vacancies.
