Resolution No. 111 of the Forest Agency validating the Regulation on the procedure for registration, storage and issuance of permits for forest management.

This Regulation has been developed in accordance with Article 52 of the Forest Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and establishes the procedure for recording, storing, issuing permits for the right of forest use and the forms thereof. Annexes 1, 2 and 3 contain the forms of permits. Forest usage permit for secondary forest management is a document entitling legal entities and natural persons to haymaking, grazing of cattle, placing beehives, harvesting and collection of medicinal plants, fruits, mushrooms, berries and other увшиду plants (Appendix 1). Forest usage permit shall indicate the place, amount, terms of use of the forest fund plots, the conditions for secondary forest management (procurement of non-timber forest products) and the amount of payment for use. The basis for issuing a forest usage permit for the performance of secondary forest management shall the annual plan approved by the authorized state body separately for each forest district and the statement of natural persons and legal entities, the lease of the forest fund or the agreement on joint forest management. Forest usage permit for the performance of secondary forest management shall be issued by forest districts for one season with the terms of advance payment for the use of forest resources.
