Abstract
This Resolution establishes that transportation of feedstuffs and animal feed additives from the Republic of Tajikistan to other CIS member-states must be accompanied by quality certificate issued by the manufacturing enterprise, copy of registration certificate of the exporting country, and compliance certificate of the exporting country and of the country of origin. Certification of animal feedstuffs and animal feed additives shall be performed in the following order: (a) submittal of application and examination thereof; (b) decision-making related to submitted application (Annex 2); (c) selection of certification scheme; (d) determination of quantity and modalities of selection of samples of animal feedstuffs and animal feed additives subject to testing; (e) identification; (f) selection of authorized accredited laboratory for testing; (g) testing; (h) analysis of obtained data and decision-making on issuance or refusal of issuance of compliance certificate; (i) issuance of compliance certificate; and (j) inspection. Annex 1 contains the list of animal feedstuffs and animal feed additives.
