Decree-Law No. 1/2015 establishing the Special Fund for Development of the Administrative Region of Oe-Cusse Ambeno.

This Decree-Law, consisting of four Chapters, aims at regulating the Special Fund for the Development of the Administrative Region of Oe-Cusse Ambeno. This Fund aims to promote infrastructure for the protection of floods and landslides; water sanitation and treatment facilities; power generators and distribution lines; telecommunications; and other facilities necessary for the strategic development of the region. The Decree-Law is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Organic structure of the Fund (Chap. II); Financial and property management (Chap. III); Final provisions (Chap. IV).
