Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 8 articles, establishes the requirements to be satisfied by hygiene and sanitary standards for the preparation, transportation and sale of meat and meat products. The following Regulations annexed to the present Decree-Law that form an integral part are approved: Regulation of Conditions of Hygiene and Health of the Personnel in the Meat Sector; Regulation of Hygienic Conditions for Preparation, Packaging, Transport, Storage and Sale of Pre-Packaged Meats; Regulation of Hygienic Conditions to observe in Minced Meat Preparation for consumption; Regulation of Hygienic Conditions Transport Distribution of Meat and its Products; Regulation of Hygienic Conditions of the Sale of Meat and Its Products; Regulation of Hygienic conditions to be observed in the Court of Operations and boning poultry carcasses.
