Abstract
This Decree-Law approves the composition of the State Secretariat for the Environment (SEA), which comprises the set of bodies and services that support the Secretary of State for the Environment in the exercise of their respective powers. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of SEA entitled to perform the following activities: design, execution, coordination and evaluation of the environmental policy, defined and approved by the Council of Ministers.
