Decree-Law No. 25/2022 creating and approving the rules for the implementation of the Programme “Uma ba Ema Kbiit Laek Plus (UKL+).

This Decree-Law creates and approves the rules for the implementation of the Programme “Uma ba Ema Kbiit Laek Plus”, abbreviated as “UKL+”, integrated in the National Programme for the Development of Sucos (PNDS). The Programme aims to improve the conditions of houses that serve as permanent domiciles for the most vulnerable households in situations where the house is in a poor state of repair and the respective household does not have another property to live. For the purposes of implementing the UKL+ programme, the most vulnerable households are those whose average daily income does not exceed US$1.25 and whose residences in a poor state of repair are qualified as such according to the criteria defined in an approved legislative text by the member of the Government responsible for the State administration.
