Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 5 Chapters, regulates import and export of any hazardous substance which may damage the ozone layer. It establishes the requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from an authorization to import or export any substances which may damage the ozone layer, according to the Wien Convention on the Ozone Layer Protection.
