Abstract
This Decree-Law establishes the legal regime for the management and use of State-owned real estate. In particular, it specifies the following sectors: a) The regime governing the use of real estate belonging to the public domain of the State; and b) The new regime governing the use and disposal of real estate belonging to the private domain of the State. The Decree-Law also establishes the duties of coordination of management and information regarding real estate belonging to the State between the entities responsible for its management, namely for inventory purposes and amends Decree-Law No. 65/2022 of 31 August on Land Registry Information, in the parts relating to State-owned property.
