This Decree-Law establishing the legal regime of industrial plants. This regime determines the administrative procedure for the implementation of industrial plants, further regulating the requirements for their execution in terms of infrastructure and operation, as well as the respective management structure. The acts performed under this law, as well as other applicable legislation, programmes, plans and projects, are carried out in accordance with the following principles: a) Respect for the requirements in terms of conservation and environmental protection, preservation and sustainable use of resources natural; b) Respect for requirements in urban planning and territorial planning and ordering matters; c) Involvement of different social and local groups in the processes of implementing industrial parks; d) Ensuring the health and hygiene of industrial parks and installations.
