Abstract
This Decree-Law approves the structure of the 9th Constitutional Government. The Government includes the following Ministers and related areas of competence: a) Minister of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers; b) Minister of Finance; c) Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation; d) Minister of Justice; e) Minister of State Administration; f) Minister of Health; g) Minister of Education; h) Minister of Higher Education, Science and Culture; i) Minister for the Affairs of National Liberation Combatants; j) Minister of Public Works; k) Minister of Transport and Communications; l) Minister of Tourism and Environment; m) Minister of Commerce and Industry; n) Minister of Rural Development and Community Housing; o) Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Forestry; p) Minister of Defense; q) Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources; r) Minister of the Interior; s) Minister of Social Solidarity and Inclusion, including Gender; t) Minister of Youth, Sports, Art and Culture; u) Minister of Planning and Strategic Investment.

This Decree-Law repeals the following: a) Decree-Law No. 14/2018 of 17 August; Decree-Law No. 20/2020 of 28 May, as amended by Decree-Law No. 27/2020 of 19 June, amended by Decree-Law No. 46/2022 of 8 June; Decree-Law No. 24/2021 of 17 November and Decree-Law No. 39/2023 of 31 May.
