Deliberation No. 16/September/ANAS, I.P./2021 creating the Technical and Tariff Council of the National Authority for Water and Sanitation.

This Deliberation creates the Technical and Tariff Council of the Technical and Tariff Council of the National Authority for Water and Sanitation (ANAS). ANAS is a consultative body, whose sole purpose is the preparation and delivery of a non-binding opinion on tariff, technical and regulatory issues related to services provided by ANAS, I.P. in the water and sanitation services sector. In particular, the above mentioned purpose is in regard to the issuance and collection of fees for the authorization to collect water samples, to provide rainwater data and carry out water quality tests. IN addition, the Council is responsible for the designation of the Members that compose it and respective mandate, approving the operating rules.
