Abstract
This Government Decree, consisting of 8 articles and eight Annexes, approves the fees to be charged for granting commercial fishing, non-commercial fishing and commercial aquaculture licence. In addition, it establishes the fees for the issuance of fishing licence title, related operations and commercial aquaculture licence (contained in Annex V), for the issuance of quality certificates and fish analysis (contained in Annex VI), and also to provide inspections to services for fishing vessels and commercial aquaculture facilities (contained in Annex VII).
