Government Decree No. 4/2024 regulating procedures for granting licences and seal for the sectoral licensing of industrial activities and approving the respective forms and templates.

This Government Decree regulates the procedures for granting a licence and a seal after inspection, for sectoral licensing of industrial activities, and approves the respective model forms, attached in the Annex. It applies to establishments whose companies carry out industrial activities classified as medium or high risk and which operate on national territory, under the terms defined by Decree-Law No. 90/2023 of 27 December. The licence is compulsory in the following circumstances: a) Setting up an establishment; b) Alteration of the establishment; c) Starting of industrial exploitation.
