Government Resolution No. 6/2025 on the Implementation of the Strategy for Administrative Decentralization and the creation of Local Government Representative Bodies 2025-2028.

This Government Resolution establishes the plan for the Implementation of the Strategy for Administrative Decentralization and the creation of Local Government Representative Bodies for the period 2025-2028. The Government resolves, under the terms of the Constitution of the Republic, the following: reaffirm the Government's determination to consolidate the administrative decentralization strategy and to continue the process of creating representative bodies of Local Government; implement the strategy of administrative decentralization and the creation of the representative bodies of Local Government in accordance with the annual plan; designate the Ministry of State Administration as the government department responsible for implementing the administrative decentralization strategy and setting up representative bodies of local government 2025-2028; instruct the Minister of State Administration to submit biannual reports to the Council of Ministers on the progress of the strategy's implementation, including the results achieved, the challenges faced and the measures proposed for its continuous improvement.
