Government Resolution No. 9/2022 establishing the elaboration of the National Plan for Territorial Planning of Timor-Leste

This Government Resolution establishes the elaboration of the National Plan for Territorial Planning of Timor-Leste (PNOT-TL), by the Ministry of Planning, through the Directorate-General for Territorial Planning. It is aimed at being a territorial planning instrument that defines the strategic framework for the organization and use of the national territory, translating the objectives, principles and strategies assumed by the State. In addition, it takes into account the geographical, ecological and environmental characteristics of the territory, its demographic, social and economic dynamics and the functional and productive peculiarities of the different areas.
