Internal Regulation of the Land and Property Commission No. 01/2022 of 1 June.

The Land and Property Commission, pursuant to article 60 of 62 of Decree-Law No. 5/2020 of 6 February, establishes the regulation that aims to promote and guarantee the structure of the organization and the functioning of the services of the Land and Property Commission. The Land and Property Commission is made up of the President and the Commissioners and is governed by these internal regulations, subsidiarily by the rules and regulations applicable to public administration bodies endowed with administrative, financial and patrimonial autonomy.
