Abstract
This Ministerial Decision, under Decree-Law No. 5/2011, applies to Environmental Impact Assessment Commission (CAIA), whose function is to manage the environmental assessment process for any proposed Category A project in the Petroleum Sector, in accordance with the above mentioned Environmental Licensing Law.
