Abstract
This Ministerial Order, following Decree-Law No. 4/2024 of 17 January, further consolidated the legal framework for Community Development Planning, defining the content of the plans to be drawn up and the procedure to be followed for their preparation and approval. In particular, this Ministerial Order approves the Community Development Plan template to be used by all Sucos, with the aim of ensuring the uniformity, consistency and clarity of its content, as well as facilitating the work to be carried out by the Sucos' bodies and services.
