Abstract
This Ministerial Order, consisting of 5 articles and two Annexes, establishes the Procedures for access to Support for Employment in the Private Sector, created by Law No. 8/2021 of 3 May, and amending the State Budget for 2021, approving socioeconomic support measures, through six support systems for employers and workers affected by the COVID19 pandemic, aiming to support those who, since March 2021, have been impeded by legal provisions, to work. It establishes that Employers, self-employed workers, independent traders, domestic service workers and managers and administrators, registered in the social security contribution scheme, who wish to benefit from the support provided for in paragraph 1 of article 4 of the Law No. 8/2021 of 3 May and who meet the eligibility conditions provided for, must request them through an application, in specific models contained in Annex I and which are an integral part of it, accompanied by the documents required, in accordance with the provisions of article 12 of Law no. 8/2021.
