Abstract
This Ministerial Order approves the rules and measures relating to the importation of plants, plant products and other regulated articles, in particular those provided for in Chapter IV of Decree-Law No. 36/2023 of 31 May, Phytosanitary and Quarantine. These measures aim to protect Timor-Leste's plant and environmental resources from the risk of pests entering that could threaten plant health and life, ecological balance and the environment, forest areas, agricultural cultivation areas or other types of cultivation.
