Abstract
This Ministerial Order approves the Organisational and Functional Structure of the Decentralised Services of the Ministry of Rural Development and Community Housing (MDRHC), which now includes, under its direct administration, 14 territorial delegations covering the municipalities of Oe-cusse Ambeno and Ataúro, to increasing Ministry's efficiency and effectiveness. It was therefore important to restructure the decentralised services of the MDRHC at municipal level in Oe-cusse Ambeno and Ataúro by creating territorial delegations to coordinate services locally in the areas of Rural Development and Community Housing.
