Abstract
This Ministerial Order establishes the Internal Regulation of the National Development Agency (ADN I.P.). This Regulation, consisting of 40 articles divided into four Chapters and one Annex, establishes and regulates the organization and internal functioning of the National Development Agency, (ADN I.P.), namely the structure and attributions of its central and decentralized services. The structure of the ADN services is set out in the organizational chart attached in the Annex. ADN is a public institute integrated in the indirect administration of the State, endowed with legal personality and administrative, technical, financial and patrimonial autonomy. ADN has its headquarters and central services in Dili and operates throughout the national territory through its decentralized services. The duties of ADN are those provided for in article 5 of Decree-Law No. 60/2020 of 25 November, which approves its Statute.
