Ministerial Order No. 60/2023 establishing the Functional Structure of the State Secretariat for Equality.

This Ministerial Order establishes the functional structure of the State Secretariat for Equality, referred to as SEI. SEI integrates a set of services that support the Secretary of State for Equality in the exercise of its powers, namely in promoting gender equality in laws, public policies, strategic and operational plans, government programs and the General State Budget, raising public awareness of issues of gender equality and inclusion, eliminating discrimination and violence against women and children and promoting women's participation in national political and socioeconomic life.
