Abstract
This Ministerial Order approves the Organic-Functional Structure of the Ministry of Social Solidarity and Inclusion (MSSI), as approved by Decree-Law No. 54/2023, of September 1. MSSI is the government department responsible for designing, implementing, coordinating and evaluating the policy defined and approved by the Council of Ministers for the areas of social security, social assistance and community reintegration. In addition, this Ministerial Order structures the ministerial bodies and services set up to implement the government's social solidarity and inclusion policy into subdivisions, the organization and functioning of which are set out in complementary legislation.

This Ministerial Order enters into force the day after its publication.
Notes
This Ministerial Order repeals the following Ministerial Decrees: No. 15/2019 of July 24, No. 16/2019 of July 24, No. 35/2020 of October 7 and No. 41/2022 of October 19, which approved the previous rules of the MSSI services.
