Abstract
This Presidential Decree aims at renewing the state of emergency based on a real situation of public disaster. This emergency renewal has a duration of 30 days starting on 28 April 2020 and terminating on 27 May 2020. The renewal establishes that the exercise of the following rights is partially suspended: a) International circulation; b) Freedom of movement and residence anywhere in the national territory; c) Right of gathering and demonstration; d) Freedom of worship, in its collective dimension; e) Right of resistance; f) Property right and private economic initiative; g) Rights of workers, etc.
