Abstract
The National Parliament resolves, under the terms of subparagraph f) of paragraph 3 of article 95 of the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, to ratify, for accession, the Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, signed in Kyoto on 11 December 2007, the text of which in the English and Portuguese versions is attached as an integral part of this resolution.
