Housing Code.

In case of expropriation for state or public need of the plots of land with the housing facilities situated thereon owned by natural persons they shall be assigned housing facilities of equal value by the state, cooperative or social organization to which alternative plots of public land must be allotted (art. 102). In case of expropriation for state or public needs of a plot of land with housing facilities, constructions, situated thereon owned by a natural person he shall be granted property of equal worth or shall be compensated by housing facility or construction of equal value situated on the plot of land allotted to local self-government (art. 150).
