Law amending Land Code.

Article 25 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In densely populated urban areas (cities) with insufficient land and water resources in coordination with the state body on land resources management on the basis of the decision of the commission on land issues of the relevant local government, land plots for personal subsidiary smallholding may be allotted with less than the established sizes but not less than 0.12 hectares per family.”
