Law amending Land Code.

Article 16 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Allotment of land plots to citizens and legal entities of Turkmenistan and lease for non-agricultural purposes and provision of private ownership to families of citizens of Turkmenistan for individual housing construction is carried out on the basis of a decision of the State Commission on Land Issues. The transfer of land plots to families of citizens of Turkmenistan for running personal subsidiary plots - personal plots of land is carried out in accordance with the decision of the local government”.
