Law amending Law “On daihan (peasant) farm”.

Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Daihan farm autonomously determines the direction of its activities, as well as solves other issues related to farming. The direction and volumes of production of the farm producing the products on the terms of lease shall be established by the lessor on the basis of the contract. When growing crops on the basis of the state order, the farm shall enjoy the privileges provided by the state. The products produced in excess of the contractual obligations of the daihan farm, including the lease farm, remains at its disposal and is sold autonomously at free prices.”
