Abstract
Article 14 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Authorized state body in the field of geology shall determine the amount of charges for the issuance of permits for prospecting, exploration, well sinking and abstraction of groundwater deposits, collect them and accredit to its bank account in accordance with the modalities envisaged by the legislation of Turkmenistan”.
