Abstract
Article 41 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Water uses shall be responsible for installation, at their own expense, modern water-measuring equipment and instruments on watercourses and water pipelines in order to maintain accurate records of the volumes of water abstracted”. Article 111 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Rules for paid use of water resources in Turkmenistan are approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan”.
