Abstract
The present Law establishes legal bases of certification of produce, service and other objects, and also the rights and obligations of the participants of certification. Certification is carried out with the aim of: 1. assisting consumers in a competent choice of products; 2. protecting consumers against non-conscientious producer (seller, executor); 3. controlling safety of products for environment, life, health and property (ownership); 4. confirming indicators of products quality, declared by the producer. The document consists of IV Chapters that contain 11 Articles. Chapter I (arts. 1-3) lays down general provisions. Chapter II (Arts.4-9) establishes the procedure of certification. Chapter IV (art. 10) establishes liability for the infringement of the present Law. Chapter IV (Art.11) regards dispute settlement.
