Law “On healthcare”.

This Law establishes the principles of state policy in the sphere of healthcare and regulates relations of exploration, study, development and protection of natural healthcare resources and spas. Natural healthcare resources include mineral waters, medicinal muds, healthcare climate and other natural objects and areas used for healthcare and recreation. Cabinet of Ministers establishes areas, boundaries and regime of healthcare resorts and areas. Authorized state institution in the sphere of healthcare resorts shall carry out state registration of healthcare areas and rates of use of natural healthcare resources. Natural healthcare resources shall be exclusive state property. Amount of extraction of mineral water shall ensure inexhaustible management thereof.
