Abstract
The President establishes to implement Commercial marine navigation code on 1 January 2009. Prior to conformation of laws and other legislative acts of Turkmenistan to Commercial marine navigation code they shall be acting to the degree of non contradicting the Code. Regulations established by the Code shall be applicable to the relations originating in the sphere of marine navigation after implementation thereof. The Cabinet of Ministers shall conform normative legal acts to Commercial marine navigation code within three months.
