Abstract
This Law consists of 4 Chapters that contain 19 articles. This Law establishes legal basis in the sphere of hydrometeorological activity and is aimed at provision of the population, state executive bodies and administration, legal and natural persons with hydrometeorological information. Hydrometeorological activity is a complex system of carrying out observation, data collection and processing, analysis and storage of information regarding the state of environment, its pollution, and connected with it information work and service. This Law establishes the principles of state regulation and management in the sphere of hydrometeorological activity and sets forth organization of hydrometeorological activity.
