Law "On public associations".

This Law is aimed at realization of the rights of citizens to constitute public associations and determines organizational and legal grounds for their activity, and also regulates social relations originating in this sphere. Public associations shall be constituted for the following purposes: (a) protection of public health; (b) protection of environment and objects of cultural heritage; and (c) international relations. Public associations shall be subject to mandatory state registration. Activity on unregistered public associations on the national territory shall be prohibited. Public associations shall be classified as international, national, territorial and local.
